She says “You have to be organised and have strong navigational skills to see a deal through from conception to reality”, and she has finely-tuned these fundamental skills through her experience in residential and commercial real estate and a solid understanding of marketing through her previous role as Account Manager for The Radio Network/NZME, which she occupied for the best part of a decade.
She also developed a strong business sense as General Manager, overseeing the everyday running of a successful and very busy, premium branded, retail outlet/ mechanical workshop. Bernadette was locally born into a large farming family. She left Whanganui in 1989 and lived in multiple countries before returning in 2006. She is a passionate advocate of our beautiful UNESCO listed city and the real estate opportunities it presents.
