Communication, negotiation and clarity are the key elements Bernadette attributes to successfully looking after clients, customers and transacting real estate. She says “You have to be organised and have strong navigational skills to see a deal through from conception to reality”, and she has finely-tuned these fundamental skills through her experience in residential and commercial real estate and a solid understanding of marketing through her previous role as Account Manager for The Radio Network/NZME, which she occupied for the best part of a decade. She also developed a strong business sense as General Manager, overseeing the everyday running of a successful and very busy, premium branded, retail outlet/ mechanical workshop. Bernadette was locally born into a large farming family. She left Whanganui in 1989 and lived in multiple countries before returning in 2006. She is a passionate advocate of our beautiful UNESCO listed city and the real estate opportunities it presents. |
